485 3/9/2010 I have a small field of wildflowers, near my lawn, that did very well last year. However, the grass began to take over both inside and around the flowers. It was beginning to choke out my flowers, so I would like to take care of it before it gets out of control this year. I also have trees and sagebrush in that area that I want to retain. I read on the internet that when the flower, they attract bees in masses. Any experience with this. I also saw that you warned that the deer like them. Any way to prevent the deer from finding them. 320 5/19/2009 I bought some ferns from you guys last weekend, their was not a label on them, but i think they are ostrich ferns. They were about a foot and a half tall. After i planted them the wind started to blow, and has blown pretty hard at times the last three to four nights. Now all the stems have broken at the base and are all laying on the ground. So I'm wondering if I cut the stems off at the base will the plant grow new ones, or am i out of luck for this year? (Answer: 33 words)
