Question:
By Eric Thorpe from Springville.
First of all, thank you for all the help I receive every time I visit. Your staff is the reason I keep coming back.
I planted 2 Poppy perennials this spring and there is plenty of foliage already present but no blooms. I read these should bloom in May. Is there something I can do to encourage blooms or does the rainy/cold month of May push back the bloom date on those?
Thank you for your help!

The cold weather will make the bloom come later. Usually by the end of May we are warmer than we have been this year. So my advice is to just give it a little more time.
